LAC complies with all PA Safe-Space regulations and volunteer requirements. Copies and a complete list of all forms necessary to volunteer in LAC ministries with children and teens are available by clicking attachments below.

In order to volunteer with our youth, you will need to print off the volunteer packet, complete the forms and clearances, and submit them to David Grumbine. You can use these links to for the required clearance checks.
